A press release is simply a short article (usually a couple of paragraphs to one page) that shares something newsworthy about your business, non-profit or event.

Think of it as:

  3. ✍️ A short write-up explaining what’s happening and why it matters

What Should You Include?

Keep it simple. Just tell us:

  2. What’s happening
  3. When & where (if relevant)
  4. Why it matters
  5. How people can get involved or learn more
That’s it.

Two to four paragraphs is perfect.
